Contact us
Email pablocarmonaesparza@gmail.com and we’ll reply as soon as we can. If you’re writing about your account, send it from the email address on your account (or tell us your Binge username) so we can find it.
Binge is operated by Comercio Digital Moli, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Presa Oviachic No. 24, Mexico City 11500, Mexico.
Signing in
- Apple or Google — Binge has no password of its own. Use the same sign-in each time; signing in another way, or with Hide My Email turned on, can create a second, empty account.
- Signed up with an email and password? If you created your account that way, on the Binge website or in an earlier test version of the app, the current iPhone app can’t sign you in with it; the website still can. Email us from that address and we’ll help you get back to your profile in the app.
Reporting content or people
The fastest way to report something is inside the app:
- A post — tap the ⋯ button on the post and choose Report post.
- A person — open their profile, tap ⋯, and choose Report user or Block.
- A list — open the list, tap ⋯, and choose Report watchlist.
- Something someone sent you — tap the bell on Home, tap ⋯ on that row (or press and hold it), and choose Report note or Report send. The same menu has Block and View profile.
We review reports and remove content that breaks our community rules. You can also email us; include the username and what happened. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Blocking removes any follow between you, deletes the titles you’ve sent each other, and hides that person’s posts and profile from you, and while the block is on, neither of you can follow the other. Otherwise it works only on your side: the person you block can still see what every Binge member can see. If someone is harassing you, report them before you block them, or email us their username. To unblock, go to Settings → Blocked accounts.
Your account and data
- Delete your account — in the app, Settings → Delete account; while you’re still setting up your profile, the ⋯ button at the top of the screen also lets you sign out or delete your account; if your account is suspended, the suspension screen has Delete account too. If you use an email address and a password to sign in, you can also delete it on the website, in Settings → Delete account. It permanently deletes your profile, photo, ratings, posts, lists and follows right away, and can’t be undone. The Privacy Policy lists everything it removes.
- Disconnect Google — if your account is linked to both Apple and Google, go to Settings → Connected accounts.
- Change your photo — from your profile, in the app or on the website. While you set up your profile in the app, you can also take it with your camera; iOS asks for permission first. Both save a smaller copy of the photo, without the details cameras store inside it (such as where it was taken). A photo uploaded on the website before that change can still carry those details, as our Privacy Policy explains; choosing a new photo replaces it.
- Change your name or username — in the latest version of the app, Settings → Name and username. If you sign in on the website with an email and password, Edit profile there works too. If your app doesn’t have that option yet, email us and we’ll change them for you. When you change your username, invite links you already shared stop leading to your profile, and if another account takes your old username, those links lead to that account.
- Delete a post — in the latest version of the app, tap ⋯ on your post in your Home feed and choose Delete post. Your rating of that title stays. If your app doesn’t have that option yet, or you can’t find the post, email us and we’ll delete it.
- Streaming services and Picks — these are saved only on your phone. If you switch phones or reinstall Binge, choose your streaming services again in Settings → My streaming services.
- Notifications — Binge doesn’t send push notifications.
- Privacy questions — see our Privacy Policy or email us.
